Fish come and go - the Westcountry seas have their own seasons - but compared with many other foods we don't normally tend to think of the marine harvest in terms of seasonality. After all, there's always cod in fish and chip shops and supermarket freezers are full of the usual filleted suspects, whether they've been fished in a sustainable way or not…Of course, anyone who has anything to with the sea will know that many of the species which frequent our Westcountry coasts do so, at least...
